I'm in the process of building my own site for my retouching work. I want to have complete control over the whole process and don't want to rely on anyone unless for some advice. So, I am now in the stages of figuring out what I'm gonna use and what hosting company to go with. I've checked out a bunch of those standard flash templates and nothing is suiting my needs. If this were for my photography it would be very simple but I need mouse rollovers for before and afters. I'm looking into either Dreamweaver CS4 or SiteGrinder to build the site and bluehost for domain and hosting. This is all a foreign language for me so it's going to be quite a challenge. :)

I'm leaving my job in 21 days and I'm a little nervous about what I'll be doing but I'll just have to bust my ass.

Gonna be building a website for my retouching services pretty soon. Anyone have any experience or anything nice to say about this site building software? http://medialab.com/sitegrinder/overview.php

I'm probably gonna be shooting more too and attending more seminars and photo/business classes. I really need to continue my education.

The new year is gonna bring some interesting changes.

I just found out that Amy Fisher will be at the New Jersey Exxxotica Expo (this September). I've heard (on many occasions) sound clips of her porno. Makes me not want to have sex EVER but I can't believe she'll be there and I have to fucking meet her.  The thing that sucks is it's $50 to get in for a day and my friends are either too broke or too busy and never go out. I REALLY don't wanna go to this thing alone!

I regret making a Facebook page.  Im constantly deactivating it but out of mindless boredom I go on it again.  But it doesn't make sense for someone like me to fuck with online social networking because I suck at socializing in real life enough and should be working on that instead of wasting time online.  -Sarah
